Communications Department

The communication department promotes the use of appropriate platforms and programmes of public relations and all contemporary communication techniques, sustainable technologies, and media in the promulgation of the gospel.

The Communications Department is a ministry that provides relevant information to the church and to the community, is an instrument to bridge church and community, is a means of promoting attendance at church programs, as well as an avenue to propagate the Gospel through various media and communication platforms.

Key activities: 

a) Effectively communicating appropriate information relating to the local church, its activities and programs to the other churches, and the local community.

b) Promoting local church events and programmes in local media, and Adventist publications

c) Maintaining an information-packed Web site, up-to-date announcement boards, and publishing the Quarterly Newsletter.

d) Creating and broadcasting announcements, weekly bulletins, promotional material (e.g. posters, flyers, billboards).
